Both the blade and scabbard are in excellent untouched condition. Rare to find a Ross bayonet marked to this regiment. Top of the pommel is stamped L1 1DDW 95. Leather scabbard in place that is Canadian C-Broadarrow marked to the frog portion and to the reverse that is also date stamped 1911. Reverse of the frog is stamped 8 P.L.H. (8th Princess Louise's N.B. Hussars) along with the number 83. Blade is in very good condition being bright and clean with original sharpening and very minor discoloration marks. Leather scabbard is soft and subtle with strong stitching throughout.
