RCAF blue wool, open collar, 4 button, 4 pocket tunic with embroidered on cloth CANADA shoulder titles to each sleeve with flight officer stripes to the lower cuffs of each sleeve. Embroidered on cloth observers wing in place above the left breast pocket with the cloth ribbon bar below. Waist belt with brass buckle in place. Name tag with service number suspended from the button of the breast pocket, placed by the previous collector who received in from the family. F/Lt. Dallas Laskey, DFC service number J22525.  L/Lt.
