WW2 Canadian Deactivated Mk.II Sten Gun First Run First Year Production 1942

All steel construction originally chambered in 9mm. Stamped to the mag well, "Sten Mk.II Long Branch 1942" with a Long Branch proof mark. Serial numbered to the opposite side showing manufacture in the first run of the first year production on 10,000 Mk.II Sten Guns from Long Branch. Correct "T-stock" in place which is specific to the first year production models. Old spec "cock and click" deactivation (Grandfathered) with a cocking and locking bolt that releases from the trigger pull, and with removeable stock and magazine that has had the follower welded in place. Weld blocked to the chamber with the bolt sheared and the barrel and collar welded in place. Exterior welds that prevent any access to the interior. Does not, and cannot be made to accept ammunition of any kind. SKU: 59663
