Deactivated WW2 German Army Officers Walther PPK Semi Auto Double Action Service Pistol originally chambered for the 7.65 m/m cartridge. Blued finish, manufacture marked to the left side of the frame, "Waffnfabrik Walther, Zella-Mehlis (Thur) Walther's Patent Cal. 7.65 m/m. Mod PPK" with a single WW2 German Waffen Amp below on the frame below the magazine release button. Serial number marked to the right side of the frame behind the trigger guard, 198xxx K, showing a production date of 1939. 2 piece molded and checkered bakalite grip panels with the Walther banner logo to the tops, and a molder bakalite cap to the base of the correctly marked removeable magazine. Complete with the correct issue leather flap holster with spare magazine compartment to the side. Faint Walther PPK stamp to the interior of the closure flap, along with a handwritten, period applied number, and what appears to be a handwritten period applied name and unit naming that has been crossed out. The pistol is in excellent condition showing approx. 95% original finish with some expended handling marks being present with the grips being in excellent condition. Current spec deactivation with no moveable parts other than the removeable mag and functioning safety switch. Accompanied with an RCMP card and letter of deactivation.
