WW2 German Deactivated S/42 Luger 1938 Kriegsmarine Issue
Originally chambered for the 9mm caliber with a 4 inch barrel and 2 piece checkered wood grips. Manufactures code S/42 showing manufacture by Mauser stamped to the top of the toggle and dated 1938 to the top of the frame. Waffen Amt stamped and with matching numbers throughout except for the magazine, which is common. Kriegsmarine Nordsee Fleet property mark to the inside of the grip strap. . Lower portion of the butt has the attachment notch for the shoulder stock. Retains approx. 98% of the original finish with some light wear and handling marks present as to be expected. Current spec deactivation with no moving parts except for the safety switch. Deactivation done from the interior with only 1 small weld to the exterior at the back of the toggle. Magazine is non-removeable. A very high condition example. Accompanied with an RCMP letter and card of deactivation. SKU: 61484
