Named WW2 RHLI Royal Hamilton Light Infantry BD Battle Dress Tunic With Trousers 1943

Wool 5 button 2 pocket battle dress tunic with waist belt and printed canvas Royal Hamilton Light Infantry Canada shoulder titles and canvas dark blue 2nd Division patches to each upper sleeve with a red 3 year overseas service chevron to the lower right sleeve. Manufacture's stamp to the interior and dated September 1943 with a Canadian C-Broadarrow and a period applied handwritten naming to G.M. Bayes (Gordon MacKenzie Bayes) The tunic is accompanied with the issue battle dress trousers that also show wear and are unmarked. Tunic shows the expected wear but is in very good condition with all buttons in place and  without damage, as are the trousers. SKU: 60208
