Single shot, side locked, percussion cavalry pistol with an 8 inch smoothbore round barrel and captured steel ramrod. English walnut stock with a brass trigger guard and butt cap with a steel lanyard ring attached. Sidelock is marked 1858 TOWER with a Victorian Crown located behind the hammer. Proof marked to the left side of the barrel. Shows expected handling marks and wear, with the action functioning correctly with a strong hammer spring. Expected wear to the bore of the barrel.
