Pre-WW1 Prussian Officer's Field Sword With Scabbard And Sword Knot 1900-1911

Measuring 37 inches overall with a single edges, fullered, curved 32 inch blade that is maker marked W.K. & C.  (Stahl- und Metallwarenfabrik WKC Steel and Metalwork Factory) with the company logos above. Etched for 5 1/2 inches to both sides of the blade with oak leaves and a a curved banner with the words "In Treue Fest", translating to "Feast In Fidelity". Grooved, black synthetic grip surrounded by a nickel silver guard and hilt is in excellent condition and is complete with the gold colored sword knot with a gold bullion wire wrapped over brass acorn. Blade is bright and clean and still retains its original sharpness. Complete in the issue blackened steel field scabbard with a single suspension ring, that is also in excellent original condition.
