Pre-WW1 / WW1 German (Kommandantur Lille) Flare Gun

"Kdtur LILLE" (Kommandantur Lille) single shot flare pistol, constructed of steel with wood grip panels and a lanyard ring below, with a Snider style side opening rotating barrel for loading that is chambered for the 1 inch flare rounds. Measuring 14 1/2 inches overall with a 12 inch barrel and action length. Manufacture marked to the top of the left grip panel, and also marked to the top of the action. Locks tightly and functions correctly. Shows expected wartime use and wear. SKU: 59843
