Henry Parker attestated March 11th 1915 with the 10th Battalion, Calgary Alberta showing prior service to the 50th Gordon Highlanders. Served overseas in France and was transferred to the 1st Pioneer Battalion and later the 48th Battalion (Victoria B.C.) as shown on his discharge. He was reported wounded (gassed) on July 13, 1917. Discharged on May 24, 1918 in Victoria B.C.
