WW1 Canadian CEF Medal pair consisting of the Victory Medal, and BWM (British War Medal) both correctly named to 725177 W.W. Brown, 3 CAN. INF. Wilford William Brown attestated with the 109th Battalion, Victoria And Halliburton on January 19th, 1916, and was later transferred to the 1st Battalion Canadian Machine Gun Corps before leaving for service overseas. On June 5, 1917, he was again transferred to the 3rd Canadian Infantry. (Toronto Ontario). On February 7, 1918, he was placed under stoppage of pay to make good the value of 1 mess tin and table knife for a total of 1 Shilling and 8 Pence due to being lost by neglect.
