WW1 Imperial German S98/05 nA "Butcher Blade" Bayonet

Measuring 19 1/2 inches overall with a single edges, fullered steel blade widening to the tip, and measuring 14 1/2 inches overall Maker marked to one side of the blade, Waffenfabrik, Mauser A.G. Obendorf a.N.  2 piece grooved wood grip panels and functioning release button. Housed in a tightly fitting steel field scabbard with some denting present to the edge, and leather frog in place. Some storage grease present to the interior of the scabbard. All shows expected use and wear. SKU: 61306
