WW1 Prussian M89 Infantry Officers Sword

Measuring 37 3/4 inches in total length with a 31 3/4 inch, single edged, double fullered blade that is manufacture marked to the one side of the blade. Folding brass basket with "Prussian" eagle. Wire wrapped black bakalite grip with a brass "W" monogram cypher with crown. Black, metallic metal field scabbard with single suspension ring. Grip and folding guard with a black finish as does the scabbard. Some looseness to the wore wrapping. Blade shows some discoloration and staining. Small gap between the grip and the guard as shown in photos. Expected wear to the field scabbard. SKU: 63126
