WW2 British - Canadian SMLE / Sten Number 7 Bayonet

For use with the SMLE #4 Mk.I service rifle and the Sten Mk. 5 SMG. Measuring 12 1/4 inches in total length with a 7 7/8 inch steel fullered blade. Black ginger grooved bakalite grips in place to the turn handle with working release button in place. Maker marked Poole to the base of the blade along with a British Broadarrow. Housed in a modified P07 leather scabbard with metal fixtures. Shows expected use and wear. The black handle versions of this bayonet are considered rare .
