WW2 British RAF Royal Air Force Type G Oxygen Mask With Hose

This pattern of oxygen mask was introduced into service in 1942 and stayed in use until late 1944 when it was replaced by the H Type Oxygen Mask making this a guaranteed wartime item. The metal type 48 microphone to the front of the rubber face mask is Air Ministry marked with a King's Crown and having the outer rubber ring in place. Straps and buckles in place as is the microphone cord and plug. Correct rubber hose with metal clip in very good condition, with the top and outer edges of the of the face mask having wear and use marks, but still remaining subtle. SKU: 65808
