WW2 Canadian Issue Field Machete In Scabbard

Steel construction field machete measuring 20 inches overall with a wide single edged 15 inch blade that is maker marked to the one side and dated 1945 with a British Broadarrow, and with a single proof mark to the opposite side. In the issue leather field scabbard with belt loop and single leather strap to a brass tab closure. Manufacture marked to the reverse, Hugh Carson Ltd. and dated 1940 with a large Canadian C-Broadarrow stamp. SKU: 61021
