WW2 Canadian Lorne Scots BD Battle Dress Tunic With Trousers

Wool 3 button 4 pocket front, open collar battle dress tunic with waist belt to a white metal buckle. Embroidered cloth shoulder titles in place above cloth brigade bars and cloth div patches to each upper arm with a 2 year overseas service chevron in place to the lower right sleeve. Pleated back and with all buttons in place. Canadian C-Braodarrow stamped to the interior with faded manufactures mark with a faint date stamping that appears to be 1943. The tunic is accompanied with the issue wool trousers with 2 slash front pockets, a single flap closure pocket to the right reverse side, and a bandage pocket to the upper right leg. The interior is manufacture marked and dated 1943 with a Canadian C-Broadarrow stamp. A ribbon bar was in place to the tunic but was removed and retained by the family. SKU: 60540
