WW2 Canadian Saskatchewan Light Infantry M.G. Battle Dress Tunic

WW2 Canadian battle dress tunic constructed of heavy wool material with a 5 button, 2 pocket front with a closed collar and a wool material waist belt to a nickel steel buckle. Printed on canvas S.K.L.I. M.G. CANADA shoulder titles to each upper arm, and red canvas 1st division insignia below. Embroidered on cloth sergeant rank insignias to each arm, with an embroidered on cloth 5 year service chevron in place to the lower right sleeve. A 2 place ribbon bar is above the left breast pocket. The tunic shows wear and use, with the interior having very faint manufacture and date markings with a visible Canadian C-Broad Arrow stamp. Some moth nips are present as shown in the photos.
