WW2 German Army Officer's Visor Cap

Field grey wool body and crown with a green center band and white piping above and below with white piping to the edge of the crown. Twisted silver/aluminum chin cord secured by two, small, silver washed, pebbled, magnetic sheet metal buttons, one to each side. A second pattern, stamped and polished aluminum national eagle with symbol to the front with a tri-color cockade below within the stamped aluminum oak leaves. Black leather visor to the front, with a leather sweatband to the interior that has a hard written name to the interior. No visible manufacture marks or label in place. The cap is in very good condition showing only little wear. SKU: 63632
