WW2 German Army Office's Dagger With Hangers

The dagger measures 14 1/2 inches in total length with a drop forged steel construction, double edged, nickel/silver plated, stiletto style 10 1/4 inch blade that is maker marked W.L. HOLLER BERLIN. Cast alloy, nickel/silver plated, ferrule, cross guard with eagle and symbol, and pommel. The dagger has a molded, ivory yellow celluloid grip with the correct, diagonally angled ribbing. With its original, tooled, magnetic sheet metal construction, nickel/silver plated, pebble pattern scabbard with both suspension rings in place. The dagger is with a set of molded alloy and aluminum construction hangers, with the circular, oak leaf pattern buckles and oak leaf pattern clips. The top alloy oak leaf pattern belt clip is marked D.R.G.M. The grip is in excellent condition with expected wear to the metal parts and scabbard, with some light discoloration and spotting present to the blade. SKU: 65116
