WW2 German Luftwaffe M42 Named Single Decal Helmet NS64

Steel shell, M42 single decal Luftwaffe helmet complete with liner and chinstrap. The helmet retains almost all of its rough textured Luftwaffe grey paint, with a second pattern Luftwaffe eagle decal to the one side. Remnants of a white finish indicating that the helmet with winter camouflaged at one time. All three rivets are tight to the body with a fully detailed decal. The M31 tan leather liner is complete and with a faint, hand applied naming, The leather chinstrap is complete with the steel roller buckle in place.. Interior of the helmet shell shows the lot number and maker stamp NS64, for Vereinigte Deutsche Nickelwerke, AG. A very nice example. SKU: 65263
