WW2 hand embroidered with silver bullion and red & black rayon officers RAD insignia for wear on the Officers service cap. The insignia consists of an inverted, pointed tip, spade head with a red embroidered outer border encompassing a central, black embroidered, canted symbol flanked by diagonally angled sheaves of wheat and black backing material.
