WW2 Canadian Deactivated Browning Hi-Power With Holster -Chinese Contract
Deactivated No.1 Mk.1* Browning Hi-Power, originally chambered for the 9mm cartridge. Matching numbers throughout, and marked to the left side of the slide, Browning-FN 9mm HP Inglis Canada. Proof marks stamp to the right side of the frame with a Canadian c-Broadarrow stamp. Portion of the contract sticker still in place to the lower inside section of the grip for Chinese contract. Adjustable tangent sight and 2 piece checkered grip panels with lanyard ring below to the left side. Slotted for a shoulder stock to the bac of the grip. Retains 99% of the original war time finish and showing very minor wear. This pistol is accompanied with the correct pattern holster that is maker marked and dated to the interior with a Canadian C-Broadarrow stamp and with a spare magazine body with follower and spring removed, and the correct issue steel cleaning rod. Current spec deactivation with a non-removeable magazine and no moving parts other than the trigger. Interior welds with one exterior weld to the bottom of the hammer to the frame. Does not, and cannot be made to accept ammunition of any kind with no access to the interior. Accompanied with an RCMP letter and card of deactivation. SKU: 61589
