Canvas construction WW1 CEF bed roll with period applied naming to "A. Norman Brown, 4th C.W.R. Bn. Canadians" (4th Canadian Mounted Rifles) with leather straps and roller buckles. Blue material and cotton/wool lining to the interior. Some damage to the leather straps. Accompanied with research. SKU: 62077

141820 Lt. Alasdair Norman Brown from Toronto Attestated  on Sept. 8th, 1915, joining the 37th Reg't., and later transferring to the 76th Bn., and served overseas with the 4th CMR, Canadian Mounted Rifles and was reported KIA on August 8, 1918.
