Named WW2 Canadian Wet Weather "Waders" -24th Field Regiment / Rocky Mountain Rangers

Rubberized, waterproof material "waders" with spat style bottoms with all buttons in place to fit over the service boots, and securing belt to the top. Faint manufacture's mark to the interior, and dated 1940 with a faint Canadian C-Broadarrow stamp. Stencil marked to the interior, 24 FD. REGT. R.C.A. for the 24th Field Regiment, Royal Canadian Artillery that was stationed in Trail B.C. Belt is with a period applied handwritten naming to K42979 Vangilden. Service number shows as The rocky Mountain Rangers in the book, Regimental Numbers Of The Canadian Army. Material is soft and pliable with the belt having the white metal buckle in place. Excellent condition throughout with strong stitching, no damage, and showing very little wear. A rare field item and the first we have ever encountered. SKU: 61517
