WW2 British Canadian Deactivated Enfield No.2 Mk.I Tanker Model Revolver 1943

Deactivated WW2 Enfield No.2 Mk.I Tanker Model Revolver originally chambered for the 38 Smith and Wesson caliber. The 5 inch barrel is stamped to the top, "CAL 38" with a large British Broad Arrow and dated 1943. Faint marking to the right side of the frame and with proof marks to the left side ahead of the cylinder. 2 piece, checkered, hard plastic grips, with the left grip having the number "2", and with a medal disc in place to the center of the right grip. A metal lanyard ring is in place below to the butt. Manufactured as a 6 shot, break open, double action revolver with the exposed hammer having no spur, as they would get caught on the parts of an armoured vehicle, causing accidental discharge. Retaining approx. 90% of the original war time finish, with some expected loss.
