Pre-WW1 U.S. Antique Colt New Line 30 Caliber Pocket Revolver

Manufactured between 1874 and 1876. 5 shot, single action, long fluted cylinder pocket pistol chambered for the 30 caliber rimfire cartridge. 2 1/4 inch round barrel with varnished rosewood grip panels that are secured by a single slotted screw. Manufacture marked to the top of the barrel, "COLT'S PT. F.A. MFG. Co. HARTFORD, CT, U.S.A". and marked to the left side of the barrel, "COLT NEW 30". Serial number stamped to the butt below the grips. The blued finish is a mix with the color turning grey/brown in areas with some loss from wear. The grips have almost all of the original finish present. Lock up functions part of the time, but needs adjustment.
