Correctly named to 2273337 PTE. J. LAMBERT 8-CAN. INF. with research.
James Lambert from Hodgson Manitoba attestated on April 10th, 1917 and enlisted in hte Number 2 Independent Company Infantry. Served overseas in France with the 8th Battalion, Winnipeg, Manitoba, , and received a GSW to the left leg, left hand in face. Surviving the war, he was discharged on 24-6-19.
