WW1 Canadian Issue AH. Fox Mk. IV Brass Flare Pistol PPCLI C-Broadarrow

WW1 brass construction, 25mm single shot, break open, single action flare pistol with a 4 inch, half round, half octagon steel lined barrel and steel hammer, spur trigger and lanyard ring, and vertical grooved, 2 piece wooden grip panels. Manufacture marked to the top of the barrel, "Very Pistol  25mm Mk.IV, A.H. Fox Gun Co. Phila. P.A. USA." The underside of the frame is hand stamped "PPCLI" with a Canadian C-Broadarrow stamp to the right side of the frame.  Mechanically very good, locking tightly and functioning correctly.
