Leather construction with 2 leather strap closures to brass roller buckles. Maker marked 'Adams Bros.' and dated 1916. Canadian C-Broadarrow stamped. Also stamped with the numbers '81' and '122'. Name scratched into the leather above the maker's mark, 'B. Mills'. Missing one of the brass closure tabs.
