WW1 P14 - P17 Enfield Bayonet - Remington

Measuring 22 inches overall with a 17 inch single edge fullered blade and steel cross guard with 2 piece grooved wood grip panels and working release button. Maker marked to one side of the blade, 1913 above the date 5 - 17 (May 1917) with the circular Remington logo below. Opposite side of the blade is proof marked with a British Broadarrow above. Contained in the issue leather scabbard with metal fittings that is stamped "RE" for Remington.
