WW2 1st Pattern Fairbairn Sykes Fighting Knife

Measuring roughly 12 inches in total length with a 6 3/4 inch double edged stiletto blade that is Wilkinson marked to one side of the blade, and Fairbairn Sykes marked to the opposite side. Characteristic 2 inch "S shaped" nickel cross guard with a nickel plating  on brass with a knurled pattern, tapered grip and donut shaped pommel nut. Blade shows some use and wear with some staining being present. In the issue leather and nickel plated metal field scabbard with a leather strap and push button closure to secure the knife to the scabbard at the top. SKU: 61908
