WW2 Canadian British Deactivated Tankers Model Enfield No.2 Mk.1* Revolver 1941

Originally chamber for the 38 cal. cartridge, 6 shot, double action, break open service revolver with a multi-sided 5 inch barrel that is marked to the top, CAL.38 along with a British proof mark ahead of the cylinder. Stamped to the right side of the frame, ENFIELD No.2 Mk.1*with a Kings Crown, and 1941 below. Proof marks stamps to the cylinder, back strap and left side of barrel. 2 piece grooved wood grip panels with the brass disc in place to the right panel, and British Broadarrow stamped to the butt of each panel.  Lanyard ring below that has the issue lanyard attached. Current spec deactivation with no moving parts, and visible exterior welds to the muzzle, cylinder at the frame, hammer, opening lever and swivel joint at the front of the cylinder.
