Green painted wood and brass construction measuring 17 1/2 inches in the folded position. Adjustable brass top for holding the telescope in place. Stamped to the one side, "Tripod REL, No.21 Mk.V Serial -556" and "REL / CANADA 1943" to the opposite side. Three folding wood legs, with one missing the metal end cap. Paint loss present from use.
