WW2 Canadian RCCS Royal Canadian Corps Of Signals Battle Dress Tunic 1943

Heavy wool, 5 button, 2 pocket front, pleated back battle dress tunic with all buttons being present. Wool material tab to button collar closure. Embroidered on cloth CANADA shoulder titles to each upper arm and embroidered cloth blue on red div patches below. Sargant rank striped to each arm. Six year service chevron in 3 sections in place to the lower right arm. Evidence of a ribbon bar that was removed from above the left breast pocket. Marked to the interior and dated December 1943 with a Canadian C-Broadarrow stamp. Lower portion of the interior of the tunic has a hand written service number, B113121, which shows as being to the No.2 District General Establishment as per the Regimental Numbers Of The Canadian Army Book. A nice wear home tunic that shows wear to the interior. SKU: 63756
