Measuring 13 1/4 inches overall with an 8 3/4 inch, double edged, nickel/silver plated, drop forged steel construction blade with a raised central ridge. Maker marked to the one side of the blade, Paul Weyersburg Solingen within an oval sword and wreath logo. Leather washer in place above the Art Deco cross guard with long, straight extended grooved arms, and large eagle with circled symbol below. The black Moroccan Leather wrapped grip with the RLB sunburst symbol to the center that has some chipping and finish loss to the black enameled on brass symbol. White metal oval pommel cap in place at the top of the grip. The metallic metal scabbard with 2 suspension rings that fits tightly to the blade is also covered in black Moroccan Leather as well. The blade is in very good condition, being mostly bright, with some areas of discoloration, but no signs of polishing or sharpening. The blade and grip have a slight looseness, with the cross guard and pommel cap having an even and original aged finish, as does the metal parts of the scabbard, with some spotting and speckling to the medal parts.
