All leather construction pouch with two strap closures to the side and two belt attachment loops to the back. Paper label in place to the interior with exterior maker marked and dated 1939. Contents include one paper wrapped package of 8 gauze bandages, one paper wrapped package of chemical bandages, and one small tube of ointment.
