WW2 German Air Force Luftwaffe 1st Pattern Dagger With Hanger SMF Solingen

Measuring 17 3/4 inches overall with a drop forged steel, double edges, stiletto style blade that is maker marked to the one side, SMF Solingen with the company logo. The original pebbled, blue leather washer is intact. The dagger has a cast, nickel/silver plated alloy cross guard and pommel. Blue Moroccan leather grip with wore wrapping intact and with the blue Moroccan leather scabbard with nickel/silver plated alloy fittings and chain hanger with clip that is also maker marked. A very good example.
