WW2 German Army Named M30 Gas Mask And Carrier 1943

Mask is marked as size 2, and complete with all straps and both lenses in place. Marked to the side of the filter connector and to the front with the hand applied number "232". With the removeable filter in place that has been over painted and with no visible markings.  The mask is held in a second pattern M30/38 corrugated magnetic sheet metal construction canister with the cloth straps being in place. Eye shield compartment stamped "ihu 43" to the lid with the original issue package of eye shields in placed, and a period applied hand written naming. The mask is complete with a WW2 Hautentgiftungsmittel container to the interior and the cleaning cloth in the bottom of the cannister. . SKU: 65229
