Brown, pebbled leather construction, first pattern, M35 map/dispatch case with steel fittings and leather strap closure. Measures 7 1/2 by 10 1.2 inches with 2 adjustable leather belt straps in place and marked to the interior of the closure. Contains 4 pencils to the interior slots and 1936 dated 9 inch by 6 3/4 inch envelope with period applied hand writing to the front. Leather is soft and pliable with strong stitching throughout.
