WW2 German SA M33 Dagger Adolf Volker Group Marked Sachsen

Measuring 13 1/4 inches in total length with a double edged, nickel silver plated, drop forged steel blade with a central ridge.  Acid etched motto, "Alles für Deutschland", (All for Germany) to one side of the blade, and maker marked to the opposite side, Adolf Volker, Schmalkalden. Cast, nickel silver plated alloy, cross guard, pommel, and tang nut, and a one piece walnut grip with an inset eagle and symbol to the one side, with an inset SA logo above.  The cross guard is group marked (used as a distribution control measure) Sa for Sachsen above the makers mark. The dagger is complete with its original brown painted metallic sheet metal scabbard with nickel silver plated fittings and a single suspension ring. The scabbard fits tightly to the dagger as it should. The blade some drag marks as to be expected with some very light and minor spotting and discoloration present. Leather washer may be a replacement. The scabbard is in very nice condition showing light wear as to be expected. SKU: 63417
